What should I expect from our photoshoot?

Good question, possibly the best. During an average photoshoot (including specific events for weddings i.e. Bridals), you can expect me to take between 300-600 pictures. From those I will select the very best and do a general edit to the pictures (color correction, interesting filters, etc.) Within 7-10 business days, you will then recieve a cd with all the pictures–typically between 60-120 pictures.

Why should I order photo prints through you?

After each photo shoot, I will create a customized webpage that you (and loved ones) can visit, view the pictures, and order prints, canvas, and books. Each printed item you order, I go in and do an intensive photo edit to get the picture just the way you want it (blemish edits, specific filter effects, etc.) I make sure the coloring is perfect and that no heads are cropped. We use a high quality printing service so our prints reflect the quality of our photography. Our printing prices are very competitive as well.

What should I/we wear?

DO’s: Wear something that you are comfortable in. Make sure that if you are with others, that some part of your outfit combinations match (i.e. blue jeans, dark shirts, yellow accents, etc.) Feel free to bring a change of clothing or a jacket, to mix it up a bit. Wear clothes that reflect your personality and that compliment your style. DO NOT’s: Do not wear light clothing if we are doing an outdoor session in the winter. The only thing that is an absolute do not is wearing sunglasses or hats (unless they are props).

What if I don’t like the pictures?

Unless you specify a particular style you are going for, your pictures will have elements of the work I have posted on my website. If you like what you see, then you will like your pictures.  However, your satisfaction is my first and only priority, I will always work with you to make sure that you have a good experience.

Do you do design and printing for invitations and announcements?

YES! In fact we have custom invitation packages Click Here for more information.  We use a graphic designer to design you a custom design and use a professional printing service to print high quality off-set printing on quality stock.

What about your travel expenses?

I do not charge for travel unless it is more than 100 miles for the entire trip there and back. If it is more, than I simply charge for gas (at the current market value). I will not charge, however, if you are getting married in Paris–just pay for my trip and I will do the wedding for free :) .
